Hey everyone! I just wanted to share a little about me, so you can get to know the face behind Little Ladybug Designs.
Hello I am Julie. For the past 11 years I worked as a childcare teacher, mainly with 2 year olds. I loved being able to help children grow and learn about the world around them. But after having my little boy I decided to hang up my teaching bag and become a stay at home mom, and focus on being the best mom I can be! I love all things Broadway and musicals. You can usually find me jamming out so some musical on tv, or relaxing with my family.
I have been married for 3 amazing years with my husband Robin. He is my biggest supporter and always my rock. We have a 15 month boy named Shaun who we just adore. He is funny, silly and always smiling. It has been a blessing to watch him grow and be his mom. We love hanging out as a family, going to the park, for walks, and finding adventures to do together.
I have owned my Cricut for 4 years. My first project was actually my wedding invitations. I have played around with the cricut here and there made things for family members, and finally decided to bite the bullet and try to start a business. So here we are, and so far thanks to all of you it’s going great!!
Why the name?? I have always liked ladybugs ever since I was little. So to me the name just made sense. Ladybugs are also said to bring you luck, and everyone can always use a little extra luck in their life!
